Justin Goldstein’s practice is primarily focused in Social Security appeals. He has been practicing Social Security Disability Law exclusively for approximately four years. His experience ranges from the Administrative Law Judge hearing level to appeals brought before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. His representation of Social Security claimants involves providing the legal services to successfully navigate the challenges that claimants encounter at all levels of the Social Security application and appeals process.

As a Central New York native, Justin enjoys spending his time outside the office with his family and friends. An avid sports fan, a large amount of Justin’s free time is divided between playing soccer and supporting Syracuse University athletics.
